NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE STATE OF NEVADA 2026 ACTION PLAN The State of Nevada will hold a public hearing to obtain input on housing and community development needs for the development of the 2026 Annual Action Plan. For the 2026 program year beginning July 1, 2026, the State estimates it will receive $9,551,571 in funding from HUD for the Community Development Block Grant ($2,910,779), HOME Investment Partnerships ($3,014,372), Housing Trust Fund ($3,134,373), and Emergency Solutions Grant ($492,047) programs. The Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS program final formula allocation was program year 2025 and will have prior year resources available. The overall goal of these programs is to develop viable urban communities by providing decent housing, suitable living environments, and expanding economic opportunities principally for low- and moderate-income individuals and families. The public hearing will be held as follows: February 26, 2026, 2:00 PM Governor’s Office of Economic Development 808 W Nye Lane Carson City, NV 89703 (775) 687-9919 The public hearing will be accessible both in-person and virtually to allow for broader participation.
