Thank you from Relay for Life

The Relay for Life Committee would like to thank Kiwanis Club for providing both the breakfast and lunch at our Relay Retreat on Aug. 24 here in Pahrump. The homemade cinnamon rolls were delicious and we really appreciated the various sandwiches. Thank you Mary Marsh and the Kiwanis Club crew for all your help with the clean-up after the event.

Thank you Best Western for allowing us to use the RV Clubhouse for our workshop, we appreciate your generosity.

Thank you to all the media who publishes and broadcasts our events, we always need and appreciate your help.

Two Questions

One — Why do our town managers and town boards ignore the fact that the people of Pahrump have voted down the airport more than once? It shows what they think of us as voters. They need to stop wasting money on studies.

Question two — Why don’t they see of they can get a crosswalk put in somewhere on the long stretch of road by Saddle West. It is needed.

Thank you.
