NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ACT ON RESOLUTION TO AUGMENT/REVISE 2025-2026 BUDGET Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Nye County School District, State of Nevada, will act on a RESOLUTION TO AUGMENT/REVISE the Budget Funds for 2025-2026 fiscal year in the amounts of: Special Education Fund increase of $8,620, Medicaid Reimbursement Fund increase of $100,105 and Capital Projects Fund increase of $1,057,742 for the 2025-2026 fiscal year in order to provide for the revision of revenue estimates at a meeting to be held on Thursday, June 11, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Southern District Office Boardroom, 484 S. West Street, Pahrump, Nevada 89048 at which time all persons may attend and be heard. This meeting will also be available electronically via live stream at: https://livestream.nyeschools.org/ViewStream.html. Members of the public may provide public comment in writing via email; public comment will be accepted via email for the duration of the meeting and shared during public input designation times.
