APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 94784 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 22nd day of October 2025 Front Sight Management LLC of Pahrump, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the place and manner of use of 0.542 c.f.s., 144.0 a.f.a., of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 64435. Water will be diverted from an underground source (East Well) at a point located within the SW1/4 SW1/4 Section 14, T22S, R54E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the SW corner of said Section 14 bears S 61 degrees 07 minutes 24 seconds W, a distance of 1,135 feet (approx. 8.5 miles SE of Manse, NV). Water will be used for construction purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. Water was used for quasi-municipal purposes from January 1st to December 1st of each year.
