NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF NYE COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 632 Bill No. 2026-09 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nye County Board of Commissioners, at its meeting held on the 15th day of September 2026, adopted Nye County Ordinance No. 632, entitled: AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN NYE COUNTY AND MACKK, LLC; AND PROVIDING FOR THE SEVERABILITY, CONSTITUTIONALITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF; AND OTHER MATTERS PROPERLY RELATING THERETO. Copies of the Ordinance are available for public inspection at the offices of the Nye County Clerk, 101 Radar Road, Tonopah, Nevada.
