HealthCare Partners, a DaVita Medical Group, opened its new 58,000-square-foot building in 2017. The HealthCare Partners’ label, along with the new building, were sold as part of an acquisition agreement with mega-insurer UnitedHealth Group’s health services unit Optum and DaVita Inc. DaVita agreed to sell its physician network arm, DaVita Medical Group in 2017, which included several hundred clinics across six states.
