Marijuana money in the Silver State is in question after the Nevada Legislative Counsel Bureau issued an opinion stating that counties are not authorized to place certain monies related to pot businesses into the county’s general fund. Marijuana business license fees and taxes from establishments within unincorporated towns are required to be used solely for the benefit of said unincorporated, the bureau advised.
