Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church Deacon Rick Minch cited Lent, a solemn religious observance and great advertising as one of the reasons why the church actually ran out of fish during the Friday Feb. 26 Fish Fry. Deacon Minch said he plans to have enough on hand for two upcoming fish fry’s on March 12 and the 26, from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
