Rose Marie Trudell was charged on March 21 with unlawful use of a controlled substance, a felony; and possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.

Jacob Vernon Hardy was charged on March 21 with unlawful use of a controlled substance, a felony; and possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts, a misdemeanor.

Luiz Alberto Carrillo-Carbajal was charged on March 30 with possession of a controlled substance, a felony; and driving without a valid license, operating motor vehicle without registration or plate, security for payment of tort liabilities required, and possession of drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors.

US 95 head-on crash kills one in Nye County

The Nevada Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash along US 95 at approximately 2 a.m. on Monday morning, May 13, according to Pahrump Valley Fire and Rescue Services Chief Scott Lewis.
