Valley Electric Association Inc. leadership maintains that no illegal activity occurred by Angela Evans, named CEO of Valley in October 2018. Evans, arrested on suspicion of embezzlement in February, is no longer an employee of the co-op, Valley’s board president said in a news release on Monday.
