Nye County Planning Director Darrell Lacy determined that documents provided by Dennis Hof did not satisfy the county’s requirements for proof of building and fire code compliance at his Love Ranch brothel. Hof’s brothel license has been suspended but the restaurant, bar and lounge portions of the Love Ranch remain open.
