Pahrump Justice of the Peace Candidate Richard Hamilton’s contempt of court case was dismissed by Judge Kent Jasperson on Wednesday morning March 21. Jasperson said Hamilton fulfilled his responsibility to allow a former tenant to retrieve her belongings, after several previous attempts.
