Investigators said Clay Stampley was driving a Dodge Dakota south on Simmons Street when the GMC Yukon registered to Qaadir Isaam Amin II was traveling west on Cheyenne Avenue. The Yukon ran the red light and hit the Dakota. (NLVPD)
