Pahrump resident Heidi Fleiss’ pet parrot Jesse, top right, clowns for Fleiss’ friend Lehua Reid, who assists with Fleiss’ collection of exotic birds. Jesse’s disappearance on the morning of Dec. 26 had Fleiss putting up a reward and scurrying around town to locate her longtime feathered companion last month. Later that evening, Jesse was located safe and sound.
