Nye County Sheriff Sharon Wehrly was one of more than 40 sheriffs across the country to attend a conference in Washington DC on Wednesday of this week. The law enforcement delegation held discussions on Capitol Hill regarding illegal immigration and increased border security with several members of Congress.
