West Star Ranch, an animal rescue in Pahrump, has expanded and upgraded the facilities for its thrift store at 780 E. Manse Road. The store, which goes to benefit dozens of cats, dogs and other animals, site on Manse Road, just west of Pahrump Valley Boulevard. The store operates Monday through Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
