More than two dozen balloonists are expected to participate in the 2018 Pahrump Balloon Festival at Petrack Park beginning on Friday. Though admission and parking are free for the festival, tethered balloon flights are $10 for the Pahrump Valley Chamber of Commerce-sponsored event.
