PVHS band instructor Michael Wineski, center stand with members of the school’s marching band after the town governing board approved funding $30,000 for a trip to Pearl Harbor where the members of the band will march in a parade commemorating the 77th anniversary of the attack on the Naval base on Dec. 7, 1941. PVHS was one of a handful of schools that were invited to participate in the annual event.
