Artesia at Hafen Ranch is in Phase 5 of development, the final portion of the large-scale development on the south end of Pahrump. According to the sales team, they are in talks on selling the final 165 lots at the subdivision’s fifth phase, which would complete subdivision. Some private owners of lots haven’t developed their lots yet.
