Mountain Falls developer William Lyon Homes announced plans for a spring opening on its age-qualified community in the first quarter of 2018, with prices pegged to start at $209,000. Two new neighborhoods were also announced as coming soon on the Mountain Falls’ website: Villagio and Paradiso.
