Power lines down on Kellogg, road closed between Hafen Ranch and Sandy roads
The Nye County Sheriff's Office has Kellogg shut down to all travel from Hafen Ranch Road to Sandy Road due to downed power lines in the area.
This stretch of road is likely to be shut down throughout the night. There are two power poles down in the area with charged lines across the roadway. Valley Electric Association is on scene and is working to remedy the problem. Anyone traveling that area needs to find an alternative route.
Sheriff's Office will advise when this situation is clear.
