Valley Electric Association Inc. (VEA) is a member-owned nonprofit electric utility headquartered in Pahrump with 18,000 members-owners. Valley’s board of directors has named its seventh CEO in under two years, Mark Stallons who is expected to start working at the co-op in early January.
