LETTER TO THE EDITOR: Be very afraid of the water board

Be very afraid of the water board

I am afraid of the water board and their authority so I have written to the Planning Department to verify my water rights under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and/or the Privacy Act (PA) to ensure that I still maintain or have my water rights assigned to my property.

I do not feel that the water board has the authority to meter my water if I own the rights and they are exceeding their authority under Bill 222.
