Thanks, PVT carrier

I’m writing to show my thanks to one of our PVT/RJ carriers. You could only be so lucky to have him be your paper guy. His name is Wess Ward. The other night he saw papers building up on an elderly man’s porch for a few days. He decided to do a wellness check. The police came to the residence to find the old man unconscious on the floor and severely dehydrated but still alive. Thanks Wess, this town could use a lot more people like yourself.
