The median home price for existing single-family homes in Pahrump hit a record in April 2017 at $325,000. Just five years later, the median price has climbed here to $395,000 in June 2022, putting home ownership out of reach for many low-income buyers in Pahrump. More than 16 percent of the town lives in poverty.
