Shari Bombard, who was the town of Tonopah’s tourism and events coordinator, accepted another position with the Nevada Division of Tourism (TravelNevada) in August. Bombard started her time working for the town as a tour guide for the Tonopah Historic Mining Park and pool manager in 2016 before later accepting a position as the tourism events coordinator for the town in 2017.
