NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 4th day of April 2024 3-D Construction, LLC of Pahrump, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion, place and manner of use of 0.0078 c.f.s., 2.0 a.f.a., a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 75765. Water will be diverted from an underground source at a point located within Government Lot 7 of Section 6, T21S, R54E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the SW corner of said Section 6 bears N 87 degrees 50 minutes 35 seconds E, a distance of 802.75 feet (approx. 0.15 miles East of the intersection of Homestead Rd. & Manse Rd. in Pahrump, NV). Water will be used for commercial purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within Government Lot 1 of the NE1/4 of Section 13, T21S, R53E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the NE corner of said Section 13 bears N 66 degrees 10 minutes 20 seconds E, a distance of 318.40 feet. Water was used for quasi-municipal purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
