A Pahrump jury has sentenced a man for his role in torture and death of a 27-year-old man in the Nye County desert nearly two years ago.
The Pahrump Valley Trojans secured their first-ever state title after defeating South Tahoe 3-0 in the second game of the championship series Saturday afternoon.
