Possible rain cancels Saturday’s movies in the park

The planned movies in the park in Pahrump is canceled due to potential rain.

“A flash flood watch is in effect until 5 a.m. Sunday,” Nye County states in a release.

Earlier this week, Ian Deutch Memorial Park experienced heavy rains.

During the Thursday afternoon hearing, Fiore’s attorney, Paola Armeni, argued that the Nevada Commission on Judicial Discipline lacked jurisdiction and that its investigation centered on conduct that occurred before Fiore took the bench.
