NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned is the legal representative and the duly appointed and qualified Successor Trustee of THE BARBARA DIANE BLITZ PERSONAL TRUST, Dated OCTOBER 3, 2019 ("Trust"). The Grantor of that Trust, BARBARA DIANE BLITZ, has died on April 1, 2026.
