PUBLIC NOTICE OF REDEMPTION OF CERTAIN RIO HOTEL & CASINO CHIPS: Pursuant to Regulation 012.070 (2) (c) of the Nevada Gaming Commission, as of October 16, 2023, the following chips are discontinued at the Rio Hotel & Casino: $25,000 - Blue with orange and light blue inlay $5,000 - Mustard brown, LTD 4000 numbered with orange and green inlay $1,000 – Yellow with green, white and red inlay The casino chips described above will be redeemable at Rio Hotel & Casino main casino cage, located at 3700 W. Flamingo Road, Las Vegas, NV 89103 twenty-four (24) hours a day through February 13, 2024 which is one hundred twenty (120) days after October 15, 2023.
