DEATH VALLEY, Calif. — Join Death Valley National Park in celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the Wilderness Act by participating in a “Wilderness Walk” within the 3.1 million acres of designated wilderness in the lower 48’s largest designated area.
The warmer weather is bringing outdoor adventuring to the list of available options for getting out and about. This weekend features a new art exhibit in Tecopa, a fundraising craft fair for No to Abuse and the HOPE walk/run is on tap at Mountain Falls.
The Pahrump Arts Council has recently embarked on a new mission to bring back some of its youth programs which have been missing in the community for the past several years and foster the ability to continue with existing programs.
