Pahrump Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) and activities for the week of March 17 - March 21: 2 percent milk and juice available daily:

Monday — corned beef/cabbage/potatoes, carrots, cupcakes;

Tuesday — herb-baked chicken, au gratin potatoes, broccoli, yogurt cup;

Wednesday — shepherd’s pie, green beans, cookies;

Thursday — pulled pork sandwich, tater tots, corn, spiced applesauce;

Friday — spaghetti with meat sauce, zucchini, garlic bread, ice cream.

Activities

Monday — blood pressure checks, 9:30 a.m.;

Tuesday — crafty ladies, 12:30 p.m.; bridge, 12:30 p.m.; exercise class, 10:30 a.m.;

Wednesday — Walmart, 9:30 a.m.; United Healthcare team meeting, 9:30 a.m.;

Thursday — exercise class, 10:30 a.m.; juicing seminar, 9:30 a.m.; Stovall legal services, call 727-5008 for appointment;

Friday — exercise class, 10:30 a.m.; bridge, 12:30 p.m.

Amargosa Valley Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) for the week of March 17 - March 21:

Two percent milk available daily. Meals are served at the Amargosa Valley Senior Center from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Breakfast served from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Monday — spinach lasagna, steamed cauliflower, honey dressing, garlic bread, cherry apricot granola cup, bananas;

Tuesday — Tahitian chicken and rice casserole, braised red cabbage, garden salad, peaches, chocolate chip cookies;

Wednesday — spaghetti with meat sauce, green beans, garlic bread, mixed fruit;

Thursday — lasagna soup, garlic bread, tomatoes vinaigrette, whole wheat roll, cheesecake;

Friday — Breakfast: biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, fruit cocktail, coffee, orange juice, tea.
