Doug Campbell of Balloons Over Pahrump, left, and Jack Sanders of Sanders Winery played a big role in making this year’s Halloween Costume Drive a success, with Sanders allowing a donation bin at his winery and Campbell taking part in a raffle for donors, for a free hot air balloon ride.
