Robert Beherns is facing three counts of misusing the emergency dispatch system after calling 911 to speak to “Uncle Burk,” a reference to Nye County Sheriff’s Lt. David Boruchowitz. Beherns also allegedly demanded the release of a female inmate who he said was housed at the Nye County Detention Center, while claiming to have planted a Bitcoin in a field. Bail was set at $7,500.
