Thanks to a federal grant, the south exterior wall of the Bob Ruud Community received a colorful upgrade courtesy of Reno-based artist Bryce Chisholm. The mural depicts images of the American Southwest, and the namesake of the facility, Mr. Bob Ruud himself.
