Brandy Howe was arrested after she was allegedly discovered sleeping nude inside an unoccupied home along Wilson Road last month. According to her arrest report, Howe told the person who called the the sheriff’s office that the police and pop singer Nicki Minaj told her she could stay at the unoccupied residence on Wilson Road.
