Pahrump Valley Rodeo Club’s Garrett Jepson wraps up his tie-down roping effort Feb. 20 at McCullough Arena in Pahrump. Jepson scored 28 points in the event to take first place, leaving him just two points out of first place in the overall statewide high school standings.
