High school division: Derick Moore - first 83, Kelby Lindberg - second 84, Breanne Nygard - third 85. 12-14 boys: Chris Briscoe 54. 9-11 boys: Carter Nygaard - first 45, Joey Mule - second 45, lost in playoff. 8 and under: Tyson Redditt - first 55, Keir Hopkins - second 59.

Bowling News: Results from the PV 500 Club’s tournament held on July 9:

First place 500 Division, Laura Lamb 906; First place Groupie’s Division, Jim Hargraves 908; 300 no-tap games: Laura Lamb, Jim Hargraves (2), Jerry Runau, Jan Mock, Bear Morris (2), Walt Kuver, Pete Ehrlich, Clint Stamp, Gordon Sawyer and Joe Matassa.

Coach Thom Walker says he has seen a different side of the team and the unity they’ve found. The Trojans went to a football camp at Southern Utah University in July where they lived together and formed bonds, which Walker says was critical for the team.
