Pahrump Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) and activities for the week of July 4 – July 8. Two percent milk and juice available daily:

Monday – CLOSED – Independence Day;

Tuesday — Beef stew, noodles, salad, biscuit, fruit cup, soup;

Wednesday — Kielbasa, potatoes, sauerkraut, colorful salad, whole wheat bread, applesauce, soup;

Thursday — Shepherd’s pie, spinach salad, muffin, fruit cup, soup;

Friday – Battered cod, rice pilaf, salad w/tomato, carrots, fruit, black-eyed pea soup.

Activities

Monday — CLOSED – Independence Day;

Tuesday — Exercise class, 9:30 a.m.; bridge, 12:30 p.m.; haircuts, 1 p.m.;

Wednesday — Clear Captions – phones for hearing impaired seminar, 12:30 p.m.; Crafty Ladies, 12:30 p.m.;

Thursday — Exercise class, 9:30 a.m.; Rippits (knitting/crocheting), 10 a.m.; haircuts, 1 -3 p.m.;

Friday — T.O.P.S. meeting, 7 a.m.; exercise class, 9:30 a.m.; bridge, 12:30 p.m.

Amargosa Valley Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) for the week of July 4 – July 8:

Two percent milk available daily. Meals are served at the Amargosa Valley Senior Center from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Breakfast served from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Monday — CLOSED – Independence Day;

Tuesday — Lemon baked fish, whole wheat roll, green peas, long-grain brown rice, tossed salad w/creamy Italian dressing, grapes;

Wednesday — Spinach lasagna, garlic bread, mixed fruit, colorful salad;

Thursday — Beef patty on whole wheat bun, sliced tomato/lettuce/onion, baked beans, cantaloupe chunks;

Friday — Biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, oatmeal, fresh fruit, orange juice.

Beatty Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) for the week of July 4 – July 8:

Two percent milk available. Meals are served at the Beatty Senior Center from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., on Tuesday and Thursday.

Tuesday — Lemon baked fish, whole wheat roll, green peas, long-grain brown rice, tossed salad, creamy Italian dressing, grapes;

Thursday — Beef patty on whole wheat bun, baked beans, sliced tomato, lettuce leaf, fat-free mayo, low-sodium ketchup, sliced red onion, cantaloupe chunks.
