The fire broke out at a residence on the 4000 block of East Ashley Avenue at approximately 11:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 28. The area did not have fire hydrants, which challenged fire crews who were forced to transport water to the scene.
The devices aim to help law enforcement perform their duties better at night.
