Pahrump Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) and activities for the week of March 3 - March 7: 2 percent milk and juice available daily:

Monday — chicken a la king, biscuit, spinach, fruit;

Tuesday — country-fried steak with gravy, mashed potatoes, broccoli, peach crisp;

Wednesday — pork chops, stuffing, glazed carrots, fruit cup;

Thursday — stuffed bell peppers, rice, mixed veggies, ice cream;

Friday — baked cod, tater tots, peas, brownies.

Activities:

Monday — exercise class, 10:30 a.m.; beading class, 12:30 p.m.; haircuts, 9 a.m.;

Tuesday — crafty ladies, 12:30 p.m.; bridge, 12:30 p.m.; exercise class, 10:30 a.m.; physical therapy seminar, 9:30 a.m.;

Wednesday — Walmart, 9:30 a.m.; juicing seminar, 9:30 a.m.;

Thursday — exercise class, 10:30 a.m.; banking seminar, 9:30 a.m.;

Friday — exercise class, 10:30 a.m.; bridge, 12:30 p.m.

Amargosa Valley Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) for the week of March 3 - March 7:

Two percent milk available daily. Meals are served at the Amargosa Valley Senior Center from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Breakfast served from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Monday — liver and onions, mashed potatoes, green beans, gravy, dinner roll, fruit cocktail;

Tuesday — barbecue ribs, macaroni salad, corn, apple crisp;

Wednesday — cheese enchiladas, Spanish rice, refried beans, mixed veggies, albondigas soup;

Thursday — pork chops, mashed sweet potatoes, spinach, oatmeal cookies;

Friday — Breakfast: French toast, bacon, hash browns, pears, oatmeal, orange juice, tea, coffee.
