ASSESSOR’S OFFICE HOURS CHANGED

The Nye County Assessor’s office has changed its hours in Pahrump and Tonopah to 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, effective immediately. The change comes as new Assessor Sheree Stringer took over the office Monday from Shirley Matson, who Stringer defeated in November’s election.
