NDOC initiatives appear to be working as planned

This includes mandating staff testing for COVID-19 every two weeks and offering additional options for communications between offenders and their families.

COVID-19 contact tracing continues in Nye

Nye County Emergency Management Director Scott Lewis said he appreciates the community’s cooperation in respect to COVID-19 contact tracing. Over 460 positives had been reported in Nye as of Tuesday.
