• Jason Marvin McClain was charged on Sept. 12 with domestic battery, second offense, two counts; and preventing or dissuading victim, person acting on behalf of victim, or witness from reporting crime, commencing prosecution or causing arrest.

• Herbert Anderson was charged on Sept. 24 with duty to stop at scene of accident involving damage to vehicle or property and duty to give information and render aid.

• Valerie Waterbury-Goetz was charged on Sept. 24 with possession of a controlled substance; unlawful use of a controlled substance; possession of drug paraphernalia; driving on highway having multiple marked lanes for traffic; driving under the influence of alcohol and/or controlled substance and/or with prohibited substance in blood; and movement and signals for turning, signal for stopping or decreasing speed.

• Thomas Dean Seidschlaw was charged on Sept. 24 with obstructing a public officer.

• Alina Marie Halstead-Fryer was charged on Sept. 24 with petit larceny.

• Brian K. Fought was charged on Sept. 24 with driving under the influence of alcohol, resisting public officer and eluding a peace officer.

• Kevin Michael Alley was charged on Sept. 24 with challenges to fight.

• Alexandra Caite Bostain was charged on Sept. 24 with theft.

• Sarah Kay Brooker was charged on Sept. 24 with injury to other property.

• Thomas Matthew Houser was charged on Sept. 24 with unlawful trespass upon land.

• Jeffery Baum was charged on Sept. 24 with placing graffiti on or defacing property.
