• Charles William Junkermeier was charged Jan. 12 with possession of a controlled substance, a felony; driving without a valid license, security for payment of tort liabilities required, possession of drug paraphernalia and registration with local law enforcement officer within 48 hours, all misdemeanors.
• Jeffrey Tyson Holly was charged Jan. 2 with unlawful use of a controlled substance, a felony; burglary, a felony; child abuse and neglect, battery on an elderly person, both gross misdemeanors; driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substance, second offense, a misdemeanor.
