• Alexander Michael Cook was charged on Dec. 23 with assault with a deadly weapon, two counts; habitual criminal, both felonies; and throwing substance at or willfully damaging bicycle or motor vehicle, a gross misdemeanor.

• Jamie A. Bircumshaw was charged on Dec. 3 with unlawful use of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance, both felonies.

• Robert Edward Bachman was charged on Dec. 28 with possession of a controlled substance, a felony.

• Lee Anthony Daniels was charged on Dec. 28 with possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell (Schedules I and II) and conspiracy to violate the uniform controlled substance act, both felonies; possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, first offense; obstructing a public officer; driving without a valid license and tail lamps required, all misdemeanors.

• Kriste Marie Stauffer was charged on Dec. 28 with possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell (Schedules I and II) and conspiracy to violate the uniform controlled substance act, both felonies; and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, first offense, a misdemeanor.

• Suzanne Kaieahine Wallen was charged on Dec. 31 with battery causing substantial bodily harm on an older person and abuse of an older person resulting in substantial bodily harm, both felonies.

• Jamie McGahan was charged on Dec. 30 with possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of a controlled substance, both felonies.
