One person was transported to Desert View Hospital following a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Pahrump Valley Boulevard and Mount Charleston Drive just after 4 p.m. on Thursday afternoon. The initial investigation revealed the driver of a silver late model Volkswagen sedan rear-ended an 80’s model Chevrolet Malibu station wagon.
Damage to the sedan was extensive, while the station wagon suffered relatively moderate damage.
The fiancé of a Pahrump woman who died while in the custody of Nye County authorities says he is demanding answers after two sheriff’s deputies were arrested in connection with her death.
