District Attorney’s report, March 18

Cory Wesley Repp was charged on Feb. 19 with unlawful use of a controlled substance, a felony; possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting public officer, both misdemeanors.

Anthony Gene Gray was charged on March 10 with prohibited person in possession of firearm, three counts; possession or manufacture of silencer, eight counts; and possession of a controlled substance, all felonies.

Marjorie Alexis Jimenez was charged on March 7 with possession of a controlled substance, a felony.

Ronald Earl Wescoatt was charged on March 7 with possession of a controlled substance, a felony.

Kimberly Ann King-Barnard was charged on Feb. 25 with burglary and theft, both felonies; and conspiracy to commit burglary and/or theft, a gross misdemeanor.

Jessica Leann Hamlet was charged on March 10 with failing to appear, a felony.

Ashlee Lynn Kelly was charged on Feb. 26 with petit larceny and offense involving stolen property, both misdemeanors.

Shelby Maurice Thomas was charged on Feb. 22 with petit larceny, a misdemeanor.

Anthony Michael Banuelos was charged on Feb. 25 with speeding 16-20 mph over limit; driving while license cancelled, revoked or suspended; and security for payment of tort liabilities required, all misdemeanors.

Christina Diane Michalsky was charged on Feb. 25 with battery, two counts, a misdemeanor.

Nicholas Pearson was charged on March 3 with basic speed and driving without a valid license, both misdemeanors.

Brittany Ann Jaggers was charged on March 2 with theft, a misdemeanor.

Kenneth Avery Penner was charged on Feb. 29 with driving while license cancelled, revoked or suspended, a misdemeanor.

Christopher William Pallotti was charged on March 7 with driving while license cancelled, revoked or suspended; and failure of convicted person to notify local law enforcement of change of address, both misdemeanors.

Christopher Allen Franz was charged on March 5 with possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.

Jeffrey Scott Stevens was charged on March 7 with violation of order for protection against domestic violence, fourteen counts, a misdemeanor.

David James Rocha Jr., was charged on March 9 with domestic battery and coercion, both misdemeanors.
