• Tammie Dee Bailey was charged on March 24 with exploitation of an older person, $650.00 to $5,000; grand larceny; offense involving stolen property, all felonies and conspiracy to commit exploitation of an older person, first offense, a gross misdemeanor.

• Barry Michael Bozonier was charged on March 24 with exploitation of an older person, $650.00 to $5,000; grand larceny; offense involving stolen property, all felonies and conspiracy to commit exploitation of an older person, first offense, a gross misdemeanor.

• Lynn Arthur Berkness was charged on March 22 with violation of extended harassment/stalking protective order, two counts, a felony and violation of temporary harassment/stalking protective order, two counts, a gross misdemeanor; harassment, first offense, two counts.

• John Thomas Laird, Jr., was charged on March 1 for failing to appear, a felony.

• Vincent Paul Brault was charged on March 31 with child abuse and neglect, a felony.

• Christopher Robin Webber was charged on March 30 with second degree kidnapping, a felony; domestic battery and coercion, both misdemeanors.

• Raquel Ramirez was charged on March 29 with battery with use of a deadly weapon and coercion, both felonies.

• Sherler Earl Harris III was charged on March 28 with burglary in violation of protective order; grand larceny in violation of protective order, both felonies; injury to other property and unlawful taking of a vehicle, both gross misdemeanors; and violation of order for protection against domestic violence and stalking, both misdemeanors.
