• Ashley Megan Kupniewski was charged Sept. 26 with domestic battery.

• Diane Elizabeth Hammack was charged Sept. 24 with driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense.

• Dennis A. Deglmann was charged Sept. 24 with battery and disturbing the peace.

• Suane Lee Schnelzer was charged on Sept. 24 with petit larceny.

• Michael Allen Schultz was charged Sept. 24 with theft.

Nye County deputies failed to seek medical care for Stevie Miller at the county jail as she vomited, seized and showed signs of a deadly drug overdose for hours inside the county jail before her death, according to arrest affidavits.
